Service Loops

Overview

Prysmian offers a range of solutions for drilling applications. The range includes conventional design (standard cables in hose), enhanced design (BostDrive^TM cables in hose) and superior design (BostDrive^TM cables only, no hose) top drive service loops and bridle assemblies for critical electrical, control and instrumentation connection applications.

Top Drive Service Loops are designed to offer superior performance in land and offshore drilling application. The portfolio includes conventional hose design loops, enhanced hose design BostDrive^TM loops and the innovative Bostdrive^TM cable service loops for the most demanding situations.

Bridle assemblies are used to connect critical electrical power, control and instrumentation between two floating vessels, between a vessel and turret mooring connection system, for ship to shore power connections or for Tender Assisted Drilling (TAD) applications.
